Klangkarussell Live: Americas 2027 Tour

Klangkarussell have spent over a decade shaping the electronic music landscape with their emotionally rich and genre-defying sound. As the Austrian duo behind the global hit Sonnentanz (Sun Don’t Shine), Adrian Held and Tobias Rieser are widely recognized as pioneers of tropical house, laying the sonic foundation for a movement that would go on to captivate audiences around the world. Their groundbreaking blend of organic instrumentation, deep grooves, and captivating melodies helped define a new era in dance music.

With over 2 billion streams worldwide, Klangkarussell’s influence is far-reaching. Their signature ability to fuse cinematic emotion with irresistible rhythm has allowed them to thrive across both underground and mainstream scenes. Since founding their independent label Bias Beach Records in 2019, the duo have embraced a renewed creative freedom, releasing music that reflects their continued evolution while staying true to their roots.

In 2025, that evolution culminated in the release of their long-awaited second studio album, Petrichor. Arriving more than a decade after their debut album Netzwerk, the 13-track record marked a defining new chapter for Klangkarussell — a cinematic journey through euphoria and introspection, exploring themes of resilience, love, change and self-discovery. Moving between intimate songwriting and dancefloor energy, Petrichor expanded the duo’s sonic world while preserving the organic warmth and electronic precision at the heart of their music.

That evolution has also transformed the duo’s approach to the stage. Following years of high-energy DJ sets and performances at major festivals and events including Lollapalooza Berlin, CRSSD Festival San Diego, Ultra Miami, Pukkelpop, Rock Am Ring, Baum Festival Colombia, and MECA Festival Brazil — as well as joining Kygo for 11 European dates on his 2024 World Tour — Klangkarussell entered a new chapter of their live journey with Kaleidoscope Live. Rolled out across more than 20 cities in Europe in 2026, the new live show translated the emotional scope of Petrichor and their wider catalogue into an immersive live experience, bringing their musical universe to audiences on an entirely new scale.

More than a decade after Sonnentanz first introduced their sound to the world, Klangkarussell continue to resist easy definition. From global breakthrough records to independent releases, from intimate electronic storytelling to an expanding live universe, Adrian Held and Tobias Rieser have built a career around constant evolution. With Petrichor and Kaleidoscope Live, that journey has entered its most ambitious chapter yet — bringing together everything Klangkarussell have always stood for: emotion, movement, atmosphere, and the freedom to keep changing
